My Downloads No Longer Work

If you tried to click a link in your email and ended up here because of that that’s because I no longer use the download app that sent that email. There are reasons for this but first: to get your stuff just login here using the same email as your order. Click on your avatar in the header and you should see your stuff.

If you want to know why I’ve changed things around it’s because every platform I’ve used is crap so I decided to roll my own… that’s this site.

I Don’t See X in My Orders

This could be for a variety of reasons but here are the top ones:

  • Be sure to use the same email address as the order you made
  • Casing matters, unfortunately so if [email protected] you have to be sure to match it (it’s a Firebase thing)
  • I have had some data “weirdness” over the years - meaning that an order should have been reconciled but wasn’t. I can get that sorted quickly for you and you can email me ([email protected]) and I should get to it within a few hours.

Can I Buy X For a Friend?

I’m working on that too. Right now my cart system doesn’t support gift but I think I have a way of working around that - I just need to find the time to do it.

I Have a Sub at Will It Still Work?

Yes. I’ve ported everyone over so you can still watch everything here - and more as I’ve added some older videos too (Elixir and Firebase namely).
