MY DOWNLOADS NO LONGER WORK
If you tried to click a link in your email and ended up here because of that that’s because I no longer use the download app that sent that email. There are reasons for this but first: to get your stuff just go here and enter your email and I’ll send you some expiring download links. This isn’t a newsletter signup!
If you want to know why I’ve changed things around it’s because every platform I’ve used is crap so I decided to roll my own… that’s this site.
I DON’T SEE X IN MY ORDERS
This could be for a variety of reasons but here are the top ones:
- Be sure to use the same email address as the order you made
- Casing matters, unfortunately so if YourEmail@SomeThingLikeThis.com you have to be sure to match it (it’s a Firebase thing)
- I have had some data “weirdness” over the years – meaning that an order should have been reconciled but wasn’t. I can get that sorted quickly for you and you can email me (firstname.lastname@example.org) and I should get to it within a few hours.
CAN I BUY X FOR A FRIEND?
I’m working on that too. Right now my cart system doesn’t support gift but I think I have a way of working around that – I just need to find the time to do it.
