Team Access

Give your senior developers the frameworks they've been piecing together on their own. I offer team access to all of the content in this site, with an option for customized virtual or in-person training sessions.

Your best developers are already using AI tools. But they're all using them differently.

One person swears by Cursor. Another won't touch anything but Copilot. Someone figured out a prompting pattern that works great, but they've never shared it. Meanwhile, the team has no shared vocabulary for talking about AI-assisted development, no consistent practices, and no way to evaluate whether the AI output actually meets your standards.

You've probably sent people to a conference talk or two. Maybe bought some Udemy courses. But nothing has stuck because nothing was designed for experienced developers working on real systems together.

Your team doesn't need an intro to AI. They need a shared operating system for professional AI-assisted development.

The Team Transformation

After completing the workshops I offer on this site (or virtually), your team will have:

  • Shared mental models. Everyone understands token economics, context management, and probabilistic reasoning at a level where they can make informed architectural decisions. No more "I don't know, the AI just does that sometimes."
  • Consistent practices. Prompt architecture patterns that work across the team. Code review standards for AI-generated code. Security practices everyone follows. A shared language for discussing AI-assisted work.
  • Tool fluency. Not just knowing which buttons to click, but understanding which tool to use when, how to configure them for your workflow, and how to evaluate new tools as they emerge.
  • Agentic capabilities. The ability to build MCP servers, architect multi-step workflows, and create systems where AI does real work—not just autocomplete.

Virtual Training Sessions

I offer AI training for teams of any size, from startup to enterprise, and I customize it for your tech stack and individual challenges. Some teams are using Gemini, others Claude Code. Some use Cursor only, others prefer Copilot. No matter the need, I can tweak the content as you need.

You can find out more here.

1:1 Coaching

I do this as well, and it's one of my favorite things to do! I will work with you on a weekly basis, getting you up to speed in extremely short order. You choose your toolset, tell me more about your situation, and off we go.

About Me

I spent 3 years on the VS Code team at Microsoft, specifically working on Copilot strategy. Not marketing - the actual implementation decisions about how to make these tools useful for professional developers.

I've trained thousands of developers on AI adoption. Internal engineering teams at Microsoft. Corporate teams at companies you'd recognize. The kind of developers who ask hard questions and don't accept hand-wavy answers.

I currently train teams on Copilot and Claude Code full-time. Not webinars. Actual workshops where people interrupt and say "that's great but how do I handle our legacy Java codebase" and I have to have a real answer.

I've been training developers since 2005 and I know how to listen and communicate, and I can help elevate your team to help them transition in this amazing time.
